Our History

H&A International Jewelry was founded in 1982 strictly as a diamond importer and wholesaler. Founder and President, Haim Haviv, was born and raised in Israel, where he served as an Israeli naval officer before coming to the United States to attend business school.

Primary principles…

After working for various retail jewelers, Haim discovered that one of the biggest problems facing retailers was a reliable supply of quality diamonds at reasonable prices. Therefore Haim founded H&A based on that principle and began selling primarily to retailers.

Grand opening…

During the mid-1980’s, H&A was contacted by a major insurance company which wanted to reduce its claims expense by purchasing diamonds from a direct importer. Soon, policyholders were asking H&A to sell directly to them, which brought forth the grand opening of H&A Jewelry’s first showroom located in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Upon doors opening, H&A not only brought quality at a reasonable price, but the reputable New York City’s 47th Street experience and value, direct to the consumer.

Present day…

Today, H&A International Jewelry has been in business for over 29 years providing clients, customers, and consumers with the same great experience, tradition, and principals which made H&A successful from the beginning.
